We have a 30-day returns policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is approved, we will send you a return label and instructions on how and where to send the package. Items returned to us without a return request will not be accepted.

RETURN PROCEDURE

• Inspect your order: Inspect the products immediately upon receipt.
• Report a problem: If a product is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at [your email address] or using the contact form on our website. Please include the following with your report:
  • Your order number.
  • Description of the problem.
  • Photos of the problem (if possible).
• Resolution process:
  • We will respond within 3 business days to evaluate your complaint.
  • If approved, we will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund.
• Return shipping: If necessary, we will cover the return shipping costs for faulty, damaged, or incorrect products.

Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care products (such as cosmetics). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about a specific product.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The quickest way to ensure you receive what you want is to return the item you have in stock, and once your return is accepted, purchase a new item separately.

14-Day Cooling-Off Period in the European Union
Notwithstanding the above, if the item is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As above, the item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase will also be required.

Returns
We will notify you once your return has been received and inspected, and let you know whether your return has been approved or not. If your return is approved, it will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and process your refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at sklep@whythere.pl.
